We Operate a non-smoking service and we also emphasise that all mobile phone conversation & personal games are utilised in a manner which does not disturb other fellow passengers whilst on board the coach. This also applies to all other gadgets designed for communication/entertainment on the move.



Passenger seat numbers/position on the coach are allocated at the time of booking, however we may change it in circumstances relating to the operation of the day excursion.



Day Excursion tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of the excursion departure. However we charge a 10% handling fee for its resale, in these circumstance it is Safeway Coaches Ltd's priority that its own tickets are sold over the former.



All rights are reserved by Safeway Coaches Ltd without liability to refuse/withdraw a passenger/s booking/carriage who is found to be causing a nusiance to either the passengers or our staff.

   * Cancelling a day excursion
   * Altering a day excursion
   * Withdrawing a day excursion



In the above aforementioned all monies paid will be refunded and no other liability will be accepted by Safeway Coaches Ltd. Safeway Coaches Ltd accepts no resposibility for any loss/inconvenience or any injury resulting from failure in adhering to the advertised day excursion programme.
